JK Harris Trustee Seeks Millions From Company Founder
Court filing claims money wrongfully pulled from company coffers.

As reported by the Post and Courier's David Slade, the trustee for JK Harris & Co. is alleging more than $4.75 million owed by company founder John Harris — money that he allegedly wrongfully withdrew from the company over several years.
The national tax resolution firm . Founded in 1997, the  as it  over claims that it misled customers.Â
Filed Tuesday, the complaint by company trustee Michelle Vieira notes that Harris paid himself millions while the company struggled with creditors. She's claiming damages of at least $4.765 million.Â
