Lake Greenview Park Closed for Maintenance

Lake Greenview Park will be closed for two weeks beginning Monday, Aug. 6, as crews work to remove silt from the lake. 

Considered routine maintenance performed every few years, the work requires pumping the lake dry and digging out the lake. The city is closing the park off Pandora Drive as a precaution because there will be heavy equipment on site during the process.

Residents are asked to stay out of the park until maintenance is complete.

Work has already begun to drain the lake. The site will reopen Aug. 20.
