Lamentations 3:21-24
This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope. The LORD's lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, For His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great is Thy faithfulness. "The LORD is my portion," says my soul, "Therefore I have hope in Him."
Isaiah 41:10

For I have come to have much joy and comfort in your love, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed through you, brother.
Hebrews 1:9,14
Therefore God, Thy God, hath anointed Thee With the oil of gladness above Thy companions." Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to render service?
When you are anxious about something that is difficult for you, remember this: you are not alone. God, the Creator of the entire universe is always with you. His loving kindness towards you is never ending. That means no matter how unsuccessful you have been in the past or how inadequate you may feel about something that is coming up for you in the future, God promises to never leave you. He says not to dwell on the things that went wrong yesterday. Don’t imagine what could be a problem, or anticipate a bad response that you might get from someone you have to talk to. Picture yourself walking in to the situation with great, big God in front of you, giving you strength and the lines to say so that you can do whatever is on your plate. God will work through you, so you can accomplish what you need to do. He does this, because He loves you. With every new morning if you ask Him, God will sprinkle you with His “oil of gladness” to give you strength and ease your fears so that you can get on with the business of being a “ministering spirit” to the people in your world. When you are discouraged, sad or consumed with doubt, you don’t have the energy or the will to “refresh the hearts of those around you.” Yet that is exactly what God wants from you. So, this day, let God be your “front man.” He may not erase the trial that you face, but His words, His strength, and His Spirit will be inside and all around you. That’s His job. Your job is to take the step, open you mouth, and do what you need to do. And don’t forget to sprinkle your own “glad oil,” on the hearts of the people you meet along the way.
