Man Injured in Sangaree Shooting

Few details in early-morning incident.

A Sangaree man is being treated for a gunshot wound early Monday morning, according to Berkeley County Sheriff's Office spokesman Dan Moon.

A witness told police that he was dropping off a friend, 19-year-old Richard Herndon, at the Wisteria Apartments. He was waiting to make sure Herndon made it inside when he heard a "pop."
