The "Olympics Games were in full swing at Marrington Elementary School…. The Math Olympic Games, that is!   Miss Lauren Reeder and Miss Rosemary Morris's second grade classes participated in four "events" designed to increase math skills:   Addition Speed and Figure Skating, Mix-it-Up Bobsledding, Computation Curling, and Subtraction Ski Jump!   The students participated in an opening ceremony with confetti, music, and balloons. At the end of the competition, there was a medal ceremony. Each student/competitor received a medal for their hard work.
