Michael Simmons' Walk-a-thon

Michael Simmons is in need of a DOUBLE lung transplant as a result of his pulmonary sarcoidosis.  We are raising money to help with his expenses. We are looking for volunteers to assist in handing out water and snack. But most important we need to dig into your pockets with your cash donation to sponsor one of the walkers. Or just make a donation to help Michael's expenses, which are tax deductible and sponsored by the National Transplant Foundation.
