More Mischief at Crowfield Club
Plastic coyote goes missing, 60 golf balls found in the pool.

As the summer drags on, the City of Goose Creek is struggling with pranksters at the municipality’s Crowfield Golf and Country Club. Well, the real victims may be yard ornaments and the pool boy.
Last week, Todd Biegger, the golf course superintendent, contacted Goose Creek Police about a theft from the 11th hole green: someone had stolen one of the rubber decoy coyotes used to scare off geese.
On Saturday morning, officers were called back out to the course due to vandalism. Sand bottles at the 10th hole had been dumped out and the water had been turned on at the clubhouse. Staff also found 60 golf balls in and around the pool.
There were no clues, but course management did find an iPod on the driving range that appears unrelated to the investigation. Â
Last month, staff found 25 unopened condoms in the parking lot, a busted mailbox and tread marks through the grass.
