New Fire Headquarters, By The Numbers

Estimates on the size and scope of Goose Creek FD's new main station.

The City of Goose Creek is moving forward with plans for a new $4 million fire department headquarters station on land adjacent to the city's public works building.

The project will be paid for with tax dollars set aside for improvement projects in the downtown area.

It's a short drive from the existing fire headquarters, but the new site will be much larger, expected to accommodate the city's needs now and in the foreseeable future.
