New Storefronts, Reroofing Walmart and More on This Week's Agendas

The City of Goose Creek's Architectural Review Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday in City Hall, 519 N. Goose Creek Blvd.

The board will have several requests to consider, including requests for Marco's Pizza, PetSense and Dental Smart. They'll also consider a roof work at Walmart and an awning at Carolina Title Loans. Finally, there will be an application for site plans at a new Kingdom Hall center. Full agenda.

The Berkeley County Planning Commission will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the assembly room at the Berkeley County Office Building, 1003 Highway 52, Moncks Corner.

The commission will hear a request to change the zoning at 1358 State Road, Summerville, from manufactured residential and rural commercial to general commercial district. There will also be discussion on automobile sales, as well as scenic byways candidates. Full agenda.
