No Parole In Sunrise Mobile Home Attack
Man convicted in April 2010 incident denied release.

Live 5 News reports that Frederico Reyes was denied parole Tuesday. Reyes was convicted in April 2010 of assaulting Peggy Kandies at the Sunrise Mobile Home Park. Reyes release is scheduled for December 2012.
Live 5 News' Harve Jacobs also spoke with Kandies last month when the news was released about the parole hearing.
Kandies also has been an advocate for immigration reform since the attack and spoke in front of state lawmakers in May.

"I don't want it to happen to your wives, your daughters, your mothers," Kandies said. "I want something done about it. I am begging y'all to do something about it."
