Bad weather is no surprise for the PGA Championship on Kiawah Island's Ocean Course — golfers have been dodging rainstorms since practice began early this week.  But the storms that showed up Saturday put a halt to Round Three. Play resumes at 7:45 a.m. Sunday, with Round Four expected to begin just before noon.
