Goose Creek, Stratford and Hanahan Advance in Post Season
Cane Bay ends season, but the rest of our local teams still in the running.

Goose Creek began the postseason on a strong note Friday, beating Conway, 48-7. That's an even dozen wins so far this year. The Gators will host Bluffton (11-1) on Nov. 16.
Stratford has advanced to the second round of the 4A Division l tournament with a win on the road against Dorman. The Knights won 28-17. Now 10-2, Stratford will make the trip to Gaffney, the top seed on the tournament.

Hanahan will move on to the 3A Lower State semifinals next week against Strom Thurmond. Both teams are 11-1. The Hawks beat Myrtle Beach on Friday night, 34-26.
Cane Bay finished their season on the road Friday, losing in the first round of the 4A tournament to South Pointe, 45-7. That's a 6-6 record for the Cobras in their first years in 4A.
