Stadium Taser Suspect: "I Did What I Had To Do"
Moncks Corner man tells New York paper it was self-defense.

The Moncks Corner man accused of using a Taser in the stands at the Cowboys-Jets game on Sept. 11 told the New York Daily News that it was self-defense.
Leroy McKelvey, 59, with three counts of aggravated assault and two weapons charges. He was released on $22,500 bail.
McKelvey, a Cowboys fan, told the Daily News that he was forced to use the stun gun on Jets fan who were upset with him for not standing for the national anthem and for using his cell phone during a moment of silence.
