The Moncks Corner man accused of using a Taser in the stands at the Cowboys-Jets game on Sept. 11<a href="http://www.nydailynews.com/news/ny_crime/2011/09/13/2011-09-13_stun_guy__did_what_i_had_to_do_says_he_was_just_protecting_self.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> told the New York Daily News</a> that it was self-defense. Leroy McKelvey, 59, with three counts of aggravated assault and two weapons charges. He was released on $22,500 bail.
