I have seen countless accidents and near accidents occur in front of the old Food Lion building parking lot, near Gilligan's. There used to be a stop sign on the corner of Bridgetown Rd and St James, it was facing St James. The problem is that traffic coming from behind Domino's & Jersey Mike's cannot see oncoming traffic (overgrown bushes blocking vision, especially in a lower vehicle). I have almost been plowed into many times and I have seen accidents there. There was a stop sign there and I would like to know what happened to it and why it wasn't replaced. I would also like to know why no one ever trims the hedges there in the summer. It is quite ridiculous.
