Storefront Windows Mysteriously Shatter

The following information was supplied by the City of Goose Creek Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The windows of a local car insurance office mysteriously shattered over the weekend.

Officers were called to the scene at Driver's Choice on Red Bank Road after 7 p.m. Sunday regarding the damage. They arrived to find that all four of the front glass windows of the business had been busted out. Shards of glass were found all over the sidewalk and inside the office. 

A witness told police the windows appeared to shatter for no reason, almost like an explosion. She said she saw no one in the area and didn't hear anything unusual before the glass shattered.

Nothing appeared to be missing from inside the business. The damage was repaired by mid-morning Monday.
