Summerville Man Dead, Two Charged After Bar Fight

Richard Edward Duttine, 35, of Summerville died Saturday after an alleged assault at the Moonshine Saloon on Myers Road, according to the Berkeley County Coroner's Office.

Duttine was transported to a local hospital at 1:45 a.m. Saturday following the incident and died 12 hours later in the intensive care unit, according to Coroner Bill Salisbury.

The death is under investigation by the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office and the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office.

According to ABC News 4, Justin Johnson, 25, of Summerville, and Jonathan Powell, 26, of Ladson, have been charged with voluntary manslaughter.
