Teenager is Sixth Arrest in St. Stephen Woman's Death
17-year-old latest to be charged.
The Berkeley County Sheriff's Offices said it has arrested a teenage girl in connection with the death of a St. Stephen's woman on Sept. 26.
Arnashia Latifah Stokes, 17, of 180 Canty Drive, Santee, was taken into custody on Monday. As of Tuesday afternoon, Stokes was charged with murder, but Sheriff's Office spokesman Dan Moon said there could be additional charges. Stokes is the sixth suspect who has been arrested during the ongoing investigation.
Last Wednesday, four Eutawville men were arrested in connection with , 21. She was found dead of gunshot wounds at 1510 Russellville Road. Kendrick Shirer, 25, was also injured in the shooting, deputies said.

According to Berkeley County officials, the death and injury were the result of an armed robbery.
Brandon Alexander Jenkins, 22, Joshua Svwin Jenkins, 24, Aveon Antwoin Goodman, 23, and Sheldon Maurice Goodman, 21, were the four men charged. On Thursday, Deanna Shaw, 22, of 111 Dessa Lane, St. Stephen, was taken into custody.

All have been charged with murder, attempted murder and armed robbery, and are still being held at the county's detention center in Moncks Corner.
