Truck Stolen Early Thursday in The Oaks

A 2006 Ford F-350 was stolen in the early morning hours Thursday from a resident in The Oaks subdivision.

The truck is described as tan and grey with a green turtle sticker on the rear glass window. There's also a hard, black bed cover with a lock.

The victim told police that he heard what sounded like hammering at approximately midnight, but didn't investigate. A neighbor also told police he heard dogs barking overnight.
