The property includes two buildings, 103 Auto Supply Drive and 105 Auto Supply Drive. The outside needs a little TLC, but a photo of the inside shows a layout that is a bit more appealing.

A big plus: overlooks busy Hwy. 52 and it's a stone's throw from the downtown redevelopment. But it's across the train tracks.
