Wind Chill in the Teens Monday Night, Tuesday Morning

NWS: 2012 kicks off with cool temps.

Here's hoping everyone got a warm coat under the tree over the holidays.

The National Weather Services is predicting that an arctic cold front will push into the Lowcountry on Monday night. 

Temperatures are expected to fall into the mid-20s, but the winds are expected to drive the wind chill down into the teens late Monday and early Tuesday.

Monday's forecast includes wind gusts up to 30 mph, with the high temperature only reaching 56. The temperature is expected to fall to 25 tonight, with the cool temps hanging around Tuesday and a low of 19 on Tuesday night.
