The South Carolina Highway Patrol has charged a woman with felony DUI following the late Wednesday night on Treeland Drive. According to <a href="http://www.live5news.com/story/15216446/motorcyclist-killed-in-berkeley-county-accident?redirected=true" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Live 5 News</a>, Shelbie Lynn Smith of Mint Hill, N.C., has been charged with felony DUI and open container in a motor vehicle. Lonnie Lee Ewan, 30, was pronounced dead at the scene after his motorcycle collided with Smith's car, according to the Berkeley County Coroner's Office. He was not wearing a helmet.
