• Ingka switches on a 101 MW solar project in South Carolina, putting another large block of clean power into commercial operation (energiesmedia.com) — A new 101 MW solar project called Kingstree West is now online in Williamsburg County, bringing significant new clean power to the grid and long-term tax revenue to the Kingstree area. Fully funded by Ingka Investments, the project’s 78,000 solar modules are expected to power about 15,200 South Carolina homes and generate an estimated $7.6 million in extra property taxes for the county.
