• 2026 Tax Sales (greenvillejournal.com) — Mauldin property owners with delinquent Greenville County taxes are on notice that their real estate or mobile homes could be sold at a public auction on October 19–20 at the Greenville Convention Center. The county tax collector will auction properties on behalf of the Forfeited Land Commission, and winning bidders must pay with cash, cashier's check, or money order at the end of the sale.
