Wine and Beverage Director Patrick Emerson has selected the finest wines from Broadbent Selection’s portfolio including wines from Spain, South Africa, Lebanon, and Portugal. These wines are paired perfectly with Executive Chef Frank Lee’s menu including fried local shrimp, seared New Bedford sea scallops, Palmetto pigeon breast and upside down apple cornbread cake.
