
What happens when you put products and produce from Ambrose Family Farm, Kimberley’s Crabs, Anson Mills, Manchester Farms, Mepkin Abbey, Joseph Fields Farm, David Anderson, and Boone Hall Farms in one room? A cornucopia of culinary deliciousness! Otherwise known as a regular day in a Maverick Southern Kitchens’ kitchens. On Thursday, May 16th the Old Village Post House will be celebrating our local purveyors with an intimate Farm-to-Table Wine Dinner.
Chef de Cuisine Forrest Parker’s menu will highlight the Lowcountry’s finest purveyors with inspired dishes including Asparagus & Goat Cheese Terrine, Pan Seared Softshell Crab, Manchester Farms Quail, and Lemon Mousse Bombe. Click here to view full menu. Wine and Beverage Manager Tony Norton will pair wines with each dish from The Country Vintner portfolio. Pete and Sam Ambrose of Ambrose Family Farm will be in attendance as well. They will be sharing their stories and experiences as Lowcountry farmers.

The dinner is $70 plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 843-388-8935. Online reservations are not accepted at this time.
