Lowcountry musicians and businesses are organizing a benefit for the family of Kent Frits, the owner of Art’s Bar and Grill. Proceeds from the event will assist the family with thier overwhelming medical bills. In 2009, Frits’ wife Lisha began battling heart disease. She is currently awaiting a heart transplant.
The evening's lineup includes Fowler's Mustache, The Average Savage, Baby Fat, Sarah Cole and the Hawkes, Bateman's Stud Farm, the Fairy God Muthas, members of the Blue Dogs and special guests. Frits will host an oyster roast on the deck as well. $20/donations
