Meet the Heroes of the USS Laffey

The USS LAFFEY is the most decorated WWII-era destroyer still in existence. She supported D-Day landings and survived one of the most concentrated Kamikaze attacks on a single ship, becoming known as “The Ship That Would Not Die.” This National Historic Landmark has recently returned to Patriots Point after extensive renovation.

Tour the USS LAFFEY, meet men who served aboard “The Ship That Would Not Die,” hear their stories, get autographs.
