fish. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner salmon can shine through on any menu. Our in house Chef Harm is going to show three very different preparations with their own unique flavors: Spicy Brown Sugar Cured Salmon with Herb Cream Cheese and Toast, Salmon Croquettes over Mixed Greens and Graham Cracker Crusted Salmon, Roasted Vegetable Salad and Key Lime Sorbet.
