This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. They will not stand behind their work, are unprofessional and were total A$$holes about it. I have a brand new 2013 Dodge Challenger and wanted to have a clear bra put on the front of the car, headlights, side mirrors, etc. I have had this done on a few of my cars in Atlanta and am somewhat knowledgeable of the products and results expected. In addition the cost of this application is not cheap $$$. This takes buyer beware to a whole new level. STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS U WANT TO DEAL WITH MORE THAN YOU BARGAIN FOR.

I was referred Pleasant Details. I went there and spoke a John (The owner) who seemed nice and knowledgeable. He told me all the cars he does for Baker Motors and the many Porches and Ferrari’s. I decided to have my car done there and schedule the installation. As soon as I got my car back I could see (anyone could see) what a poor installation job was done. There was dirt and grease left under the clear bra that is very visible, creased in the film, edges were coming up, uneven cut lines, air bubbles that will not come out, etc. In all 9 pieces were put on my car and every piece has an issue, NO JOKE. They kept telling me that it takes 30 days to cure. Well that is BS because 30 days won't fix crappy installation. But I was will to give it a few days. During that time I had 2 other professionals look at it and they said very clearly that is was a very poor job and it should be replaced and I was not being overly picky or unreasonable. Fact not Fiction!!

I went back 5 days later to meet with John. I set an appointment with him but when I got there he would not meet with me and sent out the installer. I have to admit I was a little annoyed. When I pointed out the issues to the installer, Bradley, he said he did not appreciate me "coming at him with this negativity" and pointing everything out. He said I was being overly picky and it has not been 30 days yet. Well after about 15 minutes of conversation he admitted that the job was very poorly done and would redo it. So we scheduled a time to have it redone. I was ok with everything at this point.

When I returned to have the car redone, John (the owner), was there and handed me a document saying that they would remove the film but would not pay for any repainting if any of the paint comes off in the removal process. As I explained to him, the only reason it is being removed is because of the poor installation your company did. He admitted that but said he / Pleasant Details would take no responsibility for any loss. He further went on to say that I was knit picking and unreasonable. Everything I pointed out was very visible. He went on to say that this is their “Average” job and “his customers are fine with it.” If this is there average job then they do not need to be in business. After multiple excuses and a very negative attitude from John, he said he does not want my business and gave me my money back. The only problem with this is now I have a $hitty installed clear bra that needs to be removed and risk the chance of paint coming off at my own expense, not to mention wasted time and effort. This company would rather refund the money than fix what they do and won’t take any responsibility for their actions. What a bunch of unprofessional D!ckhead$. This takes buyer beware to a whole new level. STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS U WANT TO DEAL WITH MORE THAN YOU BARGAIN FOR.
