is set to host a French Wine Dinner! Special guest Antoine Collet,
French Wine Specialist, will be joining us for this special dinner!
Antoine radiates a sincere passion for delivering value and education to
his customers. He has worked in the hospitality industry for the past
20 years and today he is sharing his knowledge and passion as a French
Specialist for the Kobrand Corporation .
Executive Chef Frank Lee and Sous Chef Tim Pettit have joined forces and
created a delightful menu to pair with the French Wines. The menu will
feature Buckwheat Bilini, Calico Bay Scallops, Duxelles Crusted Scottish
Salmon, Braised Venison Short Rib and Port Wine Poached Pear. Come one,
come all and be sure to join us for this delicious dinner. Reservations

$75 plus tax and gratuity.
