Last Chance for Splash Day

Popular water rides make final appearance Wednesday.

Back to School Splash, the last of a series of successful Splash Days at Memorial Waterfront Park, is almost here! On Wednesday, Aug. 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., residents and visitors will get one more opportunity to enjoy the dog days of summer at the park. SPLASH DAYS is presented by Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital and the Town of Mount Pleasant. Admission, parking and all activities are free!

Don’t miss the last Splash Day of 2012! Local camps, residents and visitors are welcome to enjoy a host of inflatable attractions. These will include a 27-foot, a 26-foot, and three 18-foot water slides, along with a dual-lane slip-and-slide. Free glitter tattoos, hula hoops, music and more will be available.

Charleston Festival Foods will be onsite selling concessions.

Parents are not permitted to drop children off. All children must be supervised by parents, guardians or camp counselors.
