PF Chang's Opens Today

Trendy Chinese bistro open for dinner in Towne Centre.

P.F. Chang’s, the upscale Chinese bistro, opens at 5 p.m. today in Mount Pleasant Towne Centre.

The new 6,600 square foot restaurant features a contemporary Chinese design complemented with a panoramic, hand-painted mural depicting ancient China, according to a PF Chang’s news release.

The Arizona-based chain offers a jazzed up Chinese menu with revised classic dishes, unique offerings and specialty cocktails.

PF Chang’s news release says dishes are made to order using the freshest and highest quality ingredients. The menu features a tantalizing array of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, noodles, rice, vegetables and desserts.

Entrees are priced between $7.95 and $24.95; guests can also enjoy the special “Chang’s for Two” menu option of a four-course meal for $39.95 (per couple).

Most recently, P.F. Chang’s introduced Triple Happiness Happy Hours offering Asian-inspired dim sum, street fare and premium cocktails from 3 p.m.  to 6 p.m. daily at the bar, dining room or patio.

“We are thrilled to bring P.F. Chang’s to Mount Pleasant and share our signature cuisine with the local community,” said Brett Barbato, operating partner for P. F. Chang’s China Bistro. “It’s an exciting opportunity to be a part of Mount Pleasant and we are proud of the employment opportunities the restaurant creates.”

P.F. Chang’s is located in Mount Pleasant Towne Centre. The restaurant will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight.

The restaurant seats 229 guests in the dining room and at the bar with additional space for patrons on the patio. Online orders can be placed at www.pfchangs.com and picked-up at the restaurant.
