The build out of Jennie Moore and Laing to 1200 each is going to be on the Charleston County School Board agenda on Monday night, Sept. 9, 2013.
The meeting starts at 5:15 p.m. and is held at 75 Calhoun Street. Parents from Jennie Moore and Laing are being mobilized to be there with a few to speak and the rest to stand to show their support. Marty Belk will also be speaking in support.
The expansion of these two schools to an occupancy of 1200 students is critical in alleviating some of the overcrowding pressure in Mt. Pleasant. Have your voice heard and show support.
