3. $72M Grand Strand beach renourishment project completed (wpde.com) — A $72 million beach renourishment project has finished rebuilding 28 miles of Grand Strand shoreline from North Myrtle Beach to Garden City, boosting storm protection for nearby homes, roads, and businesses. Local leaders say the wider beaches and higher dunes are vital to tourism-driven communities like Surfside Beach and Myrtle Beach, and the work is expected to last up to a decade depending on future storms.
4. Guy Fieri filmed at Myrtle Beach area restaurants for his TV show. Where did he go?
