• Myrtle Beach youth football program gets nationally ranked, headed to playoffs (wbtw.com) — A nationally ranked Myrtle Beach youth football team is poised to host its league championship game at Socastee High School if it keeps winning in the playoffs. The undefeated 10U Myrtle Beach Megalodons, currently 8-0 and a top-20 team nationally, have earned a first-round bye and will begin their playoff run on October 31, practicing weekly to prepare.
