Community Update

I was so furious at this place that I created this account just to post a review. I just had the most infuriating and ridiculous food experience of my life. My mom and I went to tastee freeze on Boone hill. We ordered two foot long hot dogs and 4 burgers. Hers were no ketchup add chilli and slaw. Mine were cheeseburgers with no mustard add chili add slaw. We get home and not only are the burgers all wrong BUT TWO OF THE BURGERS HAD NO BURGER PATTIES IN THEM! So I drive back and they apologize and start making the food again and I watch the cook blow his nose three times, not wash his hands, and then go back to making my food. They don't use gloves, so he's putting his snot hands directly on my food. I say something, and the response I get was the waitress saying "Is he the only one you've ever seen not wash his hands? Cause he's not the only one." Not I'm sorry, not telling him to wash his hands, just that it's ok to be ridiculously unsanitary directly in front of me. The cook then drizzles some water on his hands, doesn't use soap, and then flicks the water off of his hands in my direction while eyeing me, talking shit, and laughing. I ask for the manager and wait ten minutes while no manager or food show. The food comes back and, now an hour into this farcical fast food nightmare, the order is wrong again. I had to ask for my money back an hour into my order to even talk to the supervisor. How have our standards as a society slipped so far that this is what I get when I go to spend my hard earned money?
