"Disappointed" isn't a strong enough word to describe how unresponsive and ineffectual Ms. Hancock is. My husband and I paid her almost $2000 and got absolutely NOTHING accomplished in 6 months time. I truly believe she is a fraud, stalling cases and charging her clients exhorbanant rates for her "time."
This review is based on my own personal experience AND that of a friend of mine who has now lost much more than just money due to Ms. Hancock's lack of service, concern, or integrity. Perhaps you have to to her church and be a close friend of hers to actually get her to help you?
