Nancy Pelosi recently said that, "As a practicing and respectful Catholic, this is sacred ground to me when we talk about this. I don't think it should have anything to do with politics." I say, shame on her for trying to convince this reporter that because she is Catholic, she can ignore God's standards as "not political" when it comes to killing the unborn. This idea of hers was challenged in a letter written to her from an organization called Priests For Life (http://www.priestsforlife.org/pelosi/). The idea that abortion is murder should be expressed by anyone who claims to be a true believer in the God of the Bible. If your country claims, "In GOD we trust" on its currency, which is the right thing to do, then when are we, as a nation, going to start believing what He tells us?
