And the (Unofficial) Winners Are …

Every vote has been counted save two precincts in each district. The unofficial results are in, just three hours after polls closed in Charleston County.

With 50 of 52 precincts reporting, North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey has kept his seat with more than 77 percent of the vote.

Here are the other results:

• North Charleston District 1: Ed Astle
• North Charleston District 3: Bobby Jameson
• North Charleston District 4: Ron Brinson
• North Charleston District 9: Dwight Stigler

And the three Lincolnville Town Council seats unofficially go to: Leland Shannon, Barbara Dease and Charles Duberry. Four of the six precincts were reported.
