Another Escape at Palmetto Summerville
With new fence construction underway, mental health facility has another escape with quick apprehension Monday.
Palmetto Summerville Behavioral Health had another patient escape Monday morning.
According to ABC News 4, this marks the seventh escape from the facility.
The 15-year-old patient who escaped Aug. 15 was quickly apprehended by staff and returned to the facility, according to a Summerville Police incident report.

The facility has been erecting after several and that occurred earlier this year. However, the fence remains incomplete as it is being built in stages.
