Special delivery
A woman answered the door to her ex-boyfriend. The man, standing on her front porch, then threw an entire pizza at her and struck her in her chest. He then completed the meal by throwing a large cup full of soda at her.

A man took two 22-ounce beers — an estimated value of $10 — from the Sunoco on Bacons Bridge Road. He was arrested and his bicycle was impounded.

Responding to a scene of a suspicious man hiding in the bushes, officers found him sitting on the back of a moped. He approached the officers with nervous behavior — which alerted the officers. When an officer requested to search the moped, he responded, "I'd rather you not." When asked again, he responded again, "I'd rather you not." After a K-9 indicated the presence of narcotics on the moped, the man was arrested.
