Bomb Threat Called in for Fort Dorchester High School

After evacuating Fort Dorchester High School because of a bomb threat, North Charleston police found nothing suspicious on Wednesday afternoon, according to public information officer Pat Raynor.

According to Raynor, the incident occurred after dismissal time. The evacuation lasted about an hour and will not affect night activities at the school.

The threat was called into dispatch via cell phone, Raynor said.
