Book of the Week: Harvest Moon

There is no better escape than a fictional trip to Robyn Carr’s Virgin River – a small, California mountain town! The author of Harvest Moon and the Virgin River series has created a wonderful place where everyone would like to live or at least visit.

Set amidst the giant redwood trees, Robyn’s characters are people you would like to have as friends.

The romance in this book between a sous chef escaping from San Francisco and a successful screenwriter struggling to raise his teenage daughter after his wife’s death is realistic and believable.

It is a story of family life and relationships as much as it isa romance and well worth reading.
