Ashley Ridge Athletic Booster Club (ARABC) 2/6/13 Meeting Recap

If you missed our last meeting, here is what transpired:

*  Coach Plane made an excellent presentation a software program for filming games, practices, making recruiting videos, etc.   Everyone in attendance agreed that this is exactly what the Booster Club is about - providing meaningful support for the entire athletic department.     

*  We are still actively searching for someone to maintain a Boosters Web site.    It would be a repository for forms; announcements and some photos would be posted monthly.    If you have a particular talent in this area and would be willing to share a little bit of your time, please let us know!

 *  Next month's meeting will see a bylaws vote to change the structure of membership.   Different levels/benefit packages are being developed for next year.    Please consider attending - your ideas matter! 

*  There is a very energetic group already shaping up to lead the Boosters next year, and plans are already being made for expanding the Fox Trot 5K, the Fox in Training camps, etc.    Parent involvement is encouraged in all areas - whether you can help out for an hour at one event or are interested in chairing a committee.    There is room for everyone! 

*  The Fox in Training spring camp is being planned - keep your eyes open for a date, probably in April.   Consider coming out for a fun Saturday morning with the elementary-aged children.
