Focus on Your Goal for This Week

Set your goal for the week, visualize yourself achieving it with ease, and then GO for it!

I love the beginning of the week on Monday because it's the day that I:

  1. Hear from many of many of my clients' health journey - I get to hear the "good, bad & and the ugly!"
  2. Celebrate pounds and inches down,  lessons learned, decisions made,  resolve to strengthen the vision and restart as needed.
  3. Help clients refocus on what really matters to them when it comes to health.

Tips for the week:

A reminder about coaching...I'm definitely not a "Weight Loss" coaches...I'm a Health Coaches!  I promote, mental, financial, and emotional health as clients gain understanding of what it takes and means to gain physical health.  I believe that anyone can lose weight...what we all are after is sustainable health and happiness for a life time.

So...saying that, be sure to:

  1. take a few minutes thinking about your goals each week. Picture what it will feel like to be your slim and strong self.
  2. Make a list of the things that have changed and will continue to change...what you will do, feel and look like as you burn though the storage tank of fat inside.
  3. When you identify obstacles, see yourself conquering them boldly and with ease as you keep your eye on the prize!
  4. Share these notes and pictures with me as they come up.
