Try this ... I dare you (hint: it is delicious.)

Here is a different kind of bread that I bet you never tried or had. It has only two ingredients.

As most of you know — besides my being a transexual woman — I attend a place called the ARK. The ARK is a daycare center for folks who have Alzheimer's.

In one of our discussions one gal came up with a recipe which is totally different. It is called "Ice Cream Bread". So for you gentle reader here is how you make it:

1 pt (2 cups) ice cream softened. Do not use low fat.

stir togther ice cream with the flour, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden tooth pick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Leftovers are wonderful toasted with butter and jam for breakfast. Enjoy!

I would be much interested in what you think of this unusual recipe!
