Come visit vendor tables and gain invaluable insights for your physical and financial health as well as daily living!
Doors open to the public at 9am. When doors open attendees will enjoy light breakfast refreshments and be able to browse vendor tables before the speakers take the stage. Speakers will take the stage at 10am. We will break for a light lunch at noon. Attendees will then enjoy several breakout sessions from 1245pm - 230pm, they can also choose to browse vendor tables until 230pm. The event will conclude at 230pm.
