will be keynote speaker at the Dorchester Democrats’ event on September 28.
The annual Cicenia Dinner takes place at Holiday Inn
Express (120 Holiday Dr. in Summerville). Doors open at 6 p.m. for cocktail
service, and dinner begins at 7 p.m.
