Hi gentle reader, it's me again. You know, I was thinking the other day that I sometimes feel overloaded by my work and responsibilities. Have you ever felt that way gentle reader? having Alzheimer's, tends to make me forget what I want to do and accomplish. I am confused by all the tasks that keep going around and round in our heads. Do you find it impossible to effectively used time you have available now?
So what's the solution? The secret is to make a list of everything you need to do in the next 24 hours. Make sure you divide your list into what has to be done and what could be done if time permits.
Gentle reader, many people underestimate the value of lists. Sure, the act of writing a list of chores doesn't get them done, does it? But, do you know general reader, it does get them down on paper and out of that merry-go-round operating in our minds.
Seeing your tasks as words on a page allows you to take control of your thinking. You can plan, undertake, and most importantly, you are able to cross them off in triumph as they are achieved. by doing this you find that control is back in your hands. And not only that, but we become calmer and enables to work more efficiently. The end result is we learn not to fear times of overload. And so gentle reader, let's start practicing our list-making, today.
By doing this you and I can use these lists to get things done and not feel the pressure of the tasks.
I have found by making a list, I have been able to combine several tasks into one and that make the using of my time even more valuable.
