Don't bother

I brought all of my mother's old jewelry, including lots of gold pieces and small diamonds to Colucci's to have an eternity ring made.  My first visit with an employee who was later fired was quite good.  However, everything went way downhill after that.  I didn't like the way things were handled and requested, many times, a call from Mr. Colucci.  He never would call, only left his employees to handle things.  The ring was made after I approved a picture, but it never looked like the picture that I approved.  I refused to take the ring.  I could never get anyone to call me or answer my E-mails, so eventually, fearing that I would lose all of my investment, I took the ring.  Pretty much, I hate it.  And pretty much, I hate the experience that I had with this jeweler.  I would never recommend this store or the Colucci's to anyone for anything.  Don't even have a watch battery replaced there.  The customer service is appalling, once they have your money, they don't give a hoot about what they produce or what you want.
The day I went to pick up the ring, I found out that the store was robbed.  I wouldn't wish that on anyone, but I certainly had no feelings for them.  They certainly had no feelings for this customer.
If customer service is important to you, definitely do not enter their door.  If satisfaction with a rather expensive product is important to you, don't even think of giving them your business.  I know, I certainly will never go back.
